DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Client approval of Design Development Documents

CONSTRUCTION

  • Client approves construction drawings
  • Client approves the list of bidders
  • GC submits permit drawings to city

  • GC commences construction
  • GC completes construction and obtains occupancy permit

RELOCATION

  • Solicit request for proposals to moving firms
