We Come Take a Look
Our team gets on the roof, checks the siding and gutters while we’re up there, and photographs anything worth showing you. Most visits take under an hour.

You Get the Price in Writing
We put the materials, the work, and the cost on paper and walk you through all of it. Take your time with it. Nothing about the price changes if you sleep on it.

The estimate lists the materials we plan to use, the work we plan to do, and what all of it costs. If there is something we can't see until the old roof comes off, like soft decking, we tell you that up front and explain how it gets handled instead of surprising you later.

Common Questions About Estimates.
Yes. The visit, the photos, and the written estimate cost you nothing, and there’s no obligation after. We’d rather you have a fair number to compare than feel cornered into a decision.
Most of the time we can get to you within a few days, often the same week. If you have water coming in right now, say so when you call and we’ll move you up the list.
It helps, but it isn’t required. We can look at the roof and send the estimate over. If you are home, we walk you through what we found before we leave and answer anything you want to ask.
You can get a ballpark from our instant estimator in about a minute. For a firm price we still want eyes on the roof, because decking, vents, and flashing all move the number.
Then it may be an insurance claim instead of a job you pay for yourself. We document the damage, walk you through the claim, and talk with your adjuster. Start with our insurance claims page to see how that works.
