If the roof is 20 years old or more, has damage across multiple sections, or has been through several hail events, repair costs can add up quickly toward the cost of a replacement.
We don’t push replacements when a repair will solve the problem. And we don’t recommend patch repairs when a full replacement is clearly the better investment. We’ll tell you which situation you’re in.
