We provide two types of warranty coverage on all of our roofing and exterior projects: a workmanship warranty and a manufacturer material warranty. One covers how the work was done. The other covers the materials themselves. Together they give you a clear path to a fix if something ever goes wrong.

Covers the quality of our installation. If a problem is caused by how the work was done, we come back and fix it at no cost to you.
Manufacturer Material Warranty
Runs directly from the manufacturer and covers the materials against defects. These warranties are transferable to a new owner if you sell the home.

We Stand Behind the Way the Work Is Done.
Our workmanship warranty covers the quality of our installation. If a problem with your roof, siding, or gutters is caused by how the work was done, rather than by the material itself or by an outside event like a storm, we come back and fix it at no cost to you.
Workmanship warranty terms are confirmed in writing on your project paperwork before work begins, so you know exactly what is covered and for how long.
Roofing
Roof leaks caused by installation errors, such as improper flashing, missed fasteners, or incorrect underlayment overlap.
Siding
Siding failures caused by improper fastening, missed sealing, or inadequate flashing at transitions.
Gutters
Gutter failures caused by incorrect pitch, improper hanger spacing, or inadequate sealing at the joints.
What the workmanship warranty does not cover: storm damage, normal wear over time, damage caused by an outside impact, and material failures, which are covered separately by the manufacturer warranties below. If a storm is the cause, that’s an insurance claim, and we handle those too.

The roofing and siding products we install come with manufacturer warranties that cover the materials themselves against defects. These warranties run from the manufacturer directly, and they are transferable to a new homeowner if you sell the property, which adds value at resale.

Coverage by Roofing Material.
Asphalt Shingles
Products from GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, IKO, and Malarkey carry manufacturer limited warranties that cover the shingles against manufacturing defects. Terms vary by product line, from limited lifetime coverage on premium architectural shingles to defined-term coverage on entry-level products.
Enhanced Warranty Programs
Programs like GAF System Plus and Golden Pledge, or Owens Corning Platinum Protection, extend coverage and in some cases include the labor cost of a future repair or replacement if the material fails. These programs typically require installation by a certified contractor. Ask us which programs your chosen product qualifies for.
DaVinci Composite
DaVinci products carry manufacturer warranties covering the composite material against manufacturing defects, fading, and algae growth for defined terms. DaVinci composite warranties are among the stronger ones available in residential roofing.
Cedar Shake
Cedar shake carries more limited manufacturer warranty coverage than manufactured products, because natural wood variation makes defect claims more subjective. The workmanship warranty and regular maintenance are the main protections on cedar installations.
